Star Trek Insurrection: Son’A plaque screen used

Description

The panel was made for use as set dressing in the feature film Star Trek: Insurrection (1998).

It is shaped like a hexagon and it has the typical Son´a symbol in the center which can be seen during the whole movie. The Son´a and their leader Ru´afo played by F. Murray Abraham are the main villians in Star Trek Insurrection.

The Son´a panel was made from vacuumformed black plastic and later colored in silver. The panel was used on different sets while filming Star Trek: Insurrection. (See screenshot for reference)
